As you might know, Pablo Picasso is one of the most prolific artists in the world. Here in the city of Barcelona, we have something to understand the different periods of the artist: The Picasso Museum where we will understand the master’s artistic life.

In this tour, you will get to enjoy an excellent and complete selection of Picasso´s paintings from 1904 till 1972. Starting with the childhood paintings, throughout the constant search for his style, absorbing the different styles he crossed in his path and making each one of them his own, and if we asked him, maybe he´ll say improving them.
Afterward, we will finish our walking tour going back to the Gothic Quarter where we will say goodbye in one of the most centric squares of the city, allowing you to discover and enjoy the rest of the city center on your own.

We will start the tour from the meeting point, passing by the famous 4 GATS (I won’t say what this place is until we get there), then we´ll pass through the Cathedral and the King’s square as well, crossing to the Born Quartier until we arrive at the Picasso’s Museum.
Once we finish the exhibition, we will go back to Sant Jaume’s square and then you can start your adventure of getting to know Barcelona at your pace.
We advise you to wear comfortable shoes because we will be walking most of the time or standing on our feet. On the other hand, it is advisable to wear clothes under your knees and cover your shoulders because you will be very close to very beautiful churches and Barcelona’s cathedral and you might want to visit them.
Inside the Picasso Museum is the entire series of “Las Meninas” an interpretation from Picasso about Velázquez’s famous painting. The collection has 58 paintings in total, everyone with a different perspective and Picasso’s touch.
