The Park Güell is a must when we talk about visiting Barcelona. In this tour, you will learn so much about everything related to this project, what it meant for the creators, and its development, how it ended, the way it was perceived, and more facts that will blow your mind and make you think about the way the world used to be before.
But first, we must dedicate a few moments of our time to get to know one of the people that made Barcelona grow the way it did and also to give the opportunity to Gaudi to express himself and leave this wonderful legacy we can enjoy nowadays. This person was Eusebi Güell (1846- 1918) and my intention is to share with you all the details of who he was, where he got the funds from to make all these happen, or how he met Antoni Gaudi, the process of creation and the nexus between nature and architecture.
This is just a glimpse of what we will share with you in this Park Güell Tour.
Join us and we assure you the best visit to Park Güell ever!
Adults: €26
Children: €26
Seniors: €26
How is it going to be?
First, we´ll talk about the historical origins of Catalonia, through this magnificent fairy tale place, not only for the monumental area but from the promenade area too.
Then, the tour will start from the monumental area and will finish in the gardens, where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the city of Barcelona and even have a picnic in the designated area.
Also, plenty of pictures are worthy in this Barcelona Sightseen 😊
Carrer d'Olot, 2008024 Barcelona
The Park has a monumental area, but the rest of the place is like a big garden, so it’s important to wear comfortable outfits, because of the ground, the dust, and the steps. It has plenty of areas with trees and shade, but we recommend putting on sunscreen. The ticket is only for a one-time entry, that’s why you should take all the pictures you like and enjoy every part of it, while you´re inside, because once outside, you cannot reenter. The guide will meet you at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts.
Bring fully charged batteries and one (almost) empty SD card!
Park Güell was conceived to be a residential area for wealthy families, but in the end, it was sold only to one family.
