Pick Up at the Airport (Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat)
Once you’re making the reservation please state your flight number so the driver can keep track of it and also your preferred pick-up time accordingly to your flight arrival time. The waiting time will be up to 30 minutes from the time established by you.
The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it right in the arrival hall.
It is important to take this into account because there might be some delays, bag collection, and even customs lines that passengers coming from outside the EU will have to pass through.
Pick Up at the Barcelona Cruise Port
For the Cruise Port pick up, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it right at the exit of your cruise terminal. The waiting time will be up to 30 minutes from the time established by you.
Please state the name of your cruise and the disembarking time of your preference once you’re during the booking process.
The earliest pick-ups at the cruise port are usually at 7:00, please check your disembarkation time and book accordingly.
Pick Up from Hotel/Airbnb or an alternative venue
For these pick-ups, please state the full address of the hotel/venue and wait for the driver at the entrance.
If you’re traveling with a baby up to 3 YO Spain’s law dictates as mandatory to have a child seat. If you don’t have one of your own, please add it to the reservation for 10€ otherwise the service cannot be provided for safety measures.
Extra stops
We understand that there may be a need for additional stops along the way to your destination. We kindly request you to get in touch with us after completing your booking, and our team will be delighted to manually include these additional stops for you. Please note that there is a nominal fee of 20€ per stop.

- Minivan 7 seats: space for 7 checked bags of 23kgs or 5 checked bags and 5 carry-ons up to 10kgs. Price 90€

Meeting service: To make your pickups as smooth as possible, our drivers will be easily recognizable. They will be holding a sign with either your name or your company’s name, so you can easily spot them and begin your journey without any difficulties.
