Barcelona Monuments

Futbol Club Barcelona, popularly known as Barça or FCB, is a multi-sport entity based in Barcelona city, Spain. It was founded as a soccer club on November 29, 1899, and officially registered on January 5, 1903. 

Located in the "Block of Discord" in the middle of Passeig de Gràcia, the Casa Lleó i Morera has lived practically in the shadow of the Casa Batlló, from 1906, Casa Milá (La Pedrera) (1906-1910) architect Antoni Gaudí and the Casa Amatller from 1900, architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch.

For those who might not know it, the Sagrada Familia is one of the most important works of Gaudí. Therefore, he had some ideas that he used on it while he was alive and working on it. Considered Gaudí's basilica, this place is the magnum opus of the famous architect.

The Palau de la Música Catalana is located on Sant Pere més Alt street in the Barcelona's Rivera district, Spain. The building, headquarters of the "Orfeón Catalán", founded in 1891 by Lluís Millet and Amadeo Vives, was financed by Catalan industrialists and financiers, enlightened and music lovers, who sixty years earlier had already financed the opera and ballet theater Gran Teatro del Liceo, located in the Barcelona city center.
