What to see in Barcelona

Barcelona is a magical city with so many monuments and architectonically well served that will make you feel like you deserve to be here. There are a lot of locations, mostly prepared for the tourists in Barcelona that will take you on a trip to the past, and some others will just leave you breathless with the views and the vibe. A pretty awesome example of this is Montjuic, but what is Montjuic? I bet you are wondering at this point. Well, Montjuic is a mountain in Barcelona that can’t be missed while visiting the city. It´s like a compound of different places with different kinds of interests, like art, sports, outdoor activities, and history..

One of the emblematic places, and maybe one of Catalunya´s modernist pieces, is Palau Güell. Located next to La Rambla, a necessary place for Barcelona tourism, Palau is easy to access and is one of the sightseeing spots in Barcelona that are worth visiting.

The project of Casa Amatller took place during the last years of the XIX century, and next to it people can find the Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Batlló in Passeig de Gràcia, and the three of them are known as the Illa de la Discòrdia or the Discord Apple, this is because they all share the same modern style on their architecture, alongside with other buildings in the block.
